Leave of Absence Request

Please inform the academy in advance of any appointments and share a copy of the written confirmation of the appointment (in letter, text or photo).

Wherever possible please ensure appointments are arranged outside of academy hours.

Unfortunately, Head Teachers are unable to authorise any leave of absence request during term time, unless there are exceptional circumstances. Any holidays taken in term time, may result in a penalty notice being issued.
