Discovery Blog 02.05.2025

Alex’s class have had a busy first week back at school after the easter break. We have taken part in a STEM ‘Big bang’ event on Thursday which involved our class teaching year 7 and 8 pupils how to code using a Lego kit and an iPad. We have also spent time improving our art sketch books with a focus on presenting our work neatly. Next week is careers enterprise week so the children have been preparing to work hard on a project with the theme of renewable energy and recycling. Year 9 pupils are really looking forward to competing with other schools on which team can make the most successful model!
