Tees Valley Education ‘Book of the Year’ Awards Friday 8th May 2026

On Friday, we launched our book awards to the children during our celebration assembly. 

The book awards are a trust wide initiative, across all five academies, where children vote for their favourite book.  They then do work around their chosen book.

During the assembly, the children were shown the four new, exciting books which they will be reading in class.  The children were very excited!  

After reading each, they will be voting for their favorite and engage in work around their choice.
