Look at what Michelle’s Class have been doing this week!

Year 5/6 had the privilege of working with an Astronomer and an Artist this week. We created art work to recognise the significance of the James Webb Telescope which is currently in space preparing for scientific observations.   As always, children worked incredibly hard and created some amazing space related art work.

Many thanks to our visiting artist, Helen Schell and Astronomer, Carole Haswell for making our day out of this world!

On Wednesday, Y5/6 performed another successful song with signs. The Easter service was held at St. Cuthbert’s Church in Guisborough and was another memorable occasion for our pupils where hundreds of parents and visitors were entertained for an hour. The performance followed months of rehearsals with children from other academies within the trust.

Well done Year 5/6!
